CANADA & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International customers now have all export duties and taxes covered by Brink Clo. 

We offer Standard and Express shipping options depending on the destination country.

CANADA orders are normally delivered within 1-2 working days from the dispatch date (unless stated otherwise).

No orders are delivered on Canadian bank holidays. You must allow 48 hours for your order to be picked and prepared in our warehouse. On rare occasions, delivery times may be longer during periods of high demand or a national crisis. In such circumstances, we will do our best to resolve any delays and provide adequate communication.

CANADA Customer Returns Portal

Making a return

I would like to make a return

Please choose either portal option above, either CANADA or International, depending on where you are in the world.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days to return your items to Brink Clothing from the day that you received them. All items must be returned in their original packaging with the swing tags still attached. If we feel the items are not in a saleable condition, we are at liberty to reject the returned items.

HOW TO RETURN

If you would like to organise a return via our Returns Portal and then follow the steps below:

1. Repack your items – Ensure that your items are in their original packaging, with swing tags attached, and in a saleable condition.

2. Log in to the returns portal. You will need your order number and email to start your return.

3. Select your items to return. Please note that we do not cover the cost of your returns.

4. Send your parcel to: Brink Clothing Returns, updated address will be sent to your email address after assistance for privacy purpose.

5. Once you have processed your return in the portal, it is ready to be posted. Make sure you keep proof of postage for any order you return to us!

6. You will get an email once our warehouse has received your returned item.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY REFUND TO BE PROCESSED?

If we have issued a refund, please allow 3-5 working days for the payment to appear on your statement.

Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method.

WHAT IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY?

If you have received a faulty item, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible with your order number, a description of the issue and photographic evidence. Please do not return any faulty items to Brink Clothing unless you have been advised to do so.
